Who Is Eligible?

Youth between the ages of 6 -17 are typically referred to Wedgwood by caseworkers from the Department of Health and Human Services or Juvenile Courts.

Referrals are made through an agency that will provide funding for services, such as Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) or Juvenile Courts. In general, insurance does not pay for residential treatment at Wedgwood.

  • Trauma Informed Treatment
  • Focus on the physiological, psychological, emotional, spiritual, and social effects of trauma
  • Experiential and group activity-based therapies
  • Educational planning services
  • Behavior modification programming
