We provide a safe and supportive environment lo help individuals confront past wounds, build healthy relationships, and develop skills needed for lasting success.
Since 1960, Wedgwood Christian Services has been one of Michigan’s most highly regarded mental and behavioral health organizations, helping teens and families overcome their trauma, addiction, and mental health challenges through 24/7 residential care, counseling services, and community programs.
On overage, teens experience 12 failed placements before becoming residents at Wedgwood. They hove been pushed away by many, oftentimes losing their self-worth and sense of belonging. Our 24/7 residential program welcomes them with individualized, professional treatment in a compassionate and caring environment. With a focus on infusing belief and belonging, our residential program’s success rote is 15% higher than the national average.

The guidance, support, and compassion that we provide through outpatient counseling and specialized intensive programs do more than influence – they instill the sell-worth, optimism, and respect that truly help to transform lives.
Our community programs offer a continuum of high-quality treatment, prevention, educational, and support services to children, teens, and families in West Michigan, from our Autism Center for Childhood Development to our Positive Youth Development program, Manasseh Project Outreach, and Wedgwood Institute.
