Maintaining Digital Momentum

Wedgwood Christian Services hired Josh Manuel as the organization’s first Digital Content Coordinator. The position, a part of the Advancement Department, was created to lead and grow Wedgwood’s digital content efforts such as social media, website management, online presence, and original content.

“The last 15 months have changed the way we work, learn, and collaborate.  Growing and maintaining our digital marketing and social media presence is vital,” said Dr. Dan Gowdy, Wedgwood’s President/CEO. “The creation of this position is an example of Wedgwood’s commitment to innovation and commitment to reaching our community where they are.”

The Digital Content Coordinator position was created to compliment and collaborate with the Marketing & Communications Coordinator, who now focuses on print marketing materials, media relations, and agency brand management.

Josh Manuel comes to Wedgwood from the manufacturing world, where he was previously the Creative Marketing Specialist at GRW Technologies. As a small business owner (JSWAG Faith Apparel) and graduate of Trinity International University (Class of 2016) with a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design, Josh brings a wealth of experience. Since starting with Wedgwood in June, he has led the launch of a new video and podcast series for the agency – Wedgwood’s Coffee Break Conversations, and implemented ways to better track the behaviors of website visitors.
