What you’ll do
Working in one of our residential homes alongside our experienced care team, you’ll oversee individual treatment plans tailored to meet the needs of children in our program. You’ll mentor, join in recreational activities and create a warm, loving home for kids who need a refuge.
Compensation + collaboration
With part-time and full-time opportunities, we’re starting team members at up to $22 per hour with a generous benefits package. You’ll join a passionate, purposeful and collaborative team who is committed to doing what it takes to give children a brighter future – and giving you the space and support to do the same.
Let’s be honest
We won’t sugarcoat this. Some days are going to be tough. The kids in our care have been abused and neglected. Their trauma is real. They’re short on trust and sometimes quick to anger.
But you don’t need to wear a cape. Street clothes are just fine with us.
