Substance Abuse Assessment: A comprehensive assessment that will evaluate the extent of substance use, the risk for progression and the level of care needed for healing and future sobriety. Recommendations and referrals for treatment services will be provided as part of this process. Youth Engagement (Early Intervention Program): An early intervention program targeted for youth 13-17 who are at risk for substance abuse and other high risk behaviors. This program is designed for youth who have experimented with drugs or alcohol, but who may not yet have experienced severe negative consequences related to substance use. The aim of this program is to provide early intervention to prevent substance abuse problems. SUD Outreach: An intervention program designed for adolescents 12-18 which offers sessions up to twice a week in the adolescent's home or community. After completing a full assessment, the clinician will work with the adolescent and family to create a personalized treatment plan based on best practice interventions. Intensive Outpatient (IOP): This intensive program provides 9 hours of substance abuse treatment each week for youth who frequently use drugs or alcohol. In most cases, these adolescents have experienced challenges in the recovery environment, as well as emotional or behavior problems. IOP offers a supportive environment for adolescents to examine the consequences of their substance use and make progress in their recovery process.
