Therapist- Home Based Services
Status: Part to Full Time

Hours: Primarily Mon-Fri, flexibility required to meet families, may include some evening and weekend hours
Pay Range: Incentive Based Compensation System
Responsibilities: Provide treatment and casework services for youth and their families in the community. Youth and their families will be seen for 2 hours or more face to face each month. Serve as a primary Therapist to develop and implement treatment plans,and will include individual and family counseling, skills-based groups for both the youth and family, case management and referrals to community resources as needed.
Qualifications: A Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related field is preferred. Prior home based experience and ability to speak fluent Spanish is preferred.
